THOMAS C. BRODERSEN Thomas is from Porterville. He attended Porterville College and California Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering. While practicing as a professional engineer, Thomas became interested in law. He attended Western State University Law School and became licensed as an attorney in 1987. He has been practicing in Visalia ever since. He and his wife, Ann, have three boys. Thomas has handled business buy-sell transactions and real estate purchases from $15,000 to $10 million. He has prepared simple wills and planned multi-million dollar estates. He draws on his engineering background to advise engineers, architects and contractors on design and construction matters. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
